PEREFILE is a universal file conversion service. We support converting documents, images, videos, web pages, and archives between various formats.

Is it safe to upload files?

Yes, absolutely safe. All files are transmitted over secure HTTPS connection, and after processing they are automatically deleted from our servers according to your subscription plan.

How long are my files stored?

Storage time depends on your plan: Free — 1 hour, Start — 24 hours, Standard — 48 hours, Professional — 7 days.

What document formats are supported?

We support all popular formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF, TXT, XLS, XLSX, CSV, PPT, PPTX, ODT, ODS, ODP.

Is formatting preserved during conversion?

Yes, we preserve the original formatting as much as possible, including fonts, styles, tables, and images. However, some specific elements may display differently depending on the target format.

Are there file size limits?

Limits depend on file type and plan: Documents — up to 300 MB, Images — up to 100 MB, Videos — up to 1 GB (Professional), Web pages — no limits.

Can I use the service for free?

Yes, we have a free tier with limitations: 3 operations per day, files up to 15 MB, 1 hour storage. This is enough for basic tasks.

How do promo codes work?

Promo codes provide subscription discounts: WELCOME50 — 50% off the first month, STUDENT30 — permanent 30% discount for students, referral codes — discounts for inviting friends.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time in your account. After cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of the paid period, then your account will switch to the free tier.

What to do if conversion doesn't start?

Check: file size doesn't exceed plan limits, file format is supported, daily operation limit isn't exhausted, stable internet connection. If the problem persists, contact support.
